I worked alongside Andres at JM Family; he is a BI reporting master in my mind! Andres had the ability to understand our needs quickly and was able to turn ideas into reality. Andres mastery for both his core role and other tasks that were asked of him were critical to the things we needed to accomplish in our department. His rare mix of productivity and ambition set a great example for the team. I do miss working with Andres every day but know wherever or whatever he will do, it will be great!

I first met Andres in 2017 when he was at Ultimate Software (now UKG) in a BI Analyst role. He helped me troubleshoot and enhance an amazing Career Profile report that is widely used at JM Family to this day. About a year later, Andres came to JM Family as a contractor to assist the HRIT team with an upgrade to a new version of UKG’s Cognos BI. Andres stayed at JM for a year and helped us streamline report security, resolve interface file issues, fulfill complex report requests and enhanced our self-service reporting capabilities for other members of HR. Andres’ ability to explain complex concepts in a way we could understand and his easy-going, patient demeanor made him a terrific asset to our team.

Andres worked on three different projects on my team from 2011 to 2016. I saw him evolve from being a business intelligence SME to a project/solution lead. Andres has deep hands on expertise, works very hard, and leads by example. He led the delivery of projects with urgent timelines with a cross border team. He has been able to learn continuously and demonstrate a positive attitude, leading the delivery of complex solutions.

I have worked with Andres on one of the largest implementation which involved 100+ countries. He was a go-to person for any BI related issues who can just point out the issue by looking at. I will definitely recommend him for a Sr. Business Intelligence role.

Andres is a COGNOS Architect with in-depth knowledge of SAP know-how. It was a pleasure working with him as very easily I could design complete reporting solution on top of SAP BI/BW with his simple and effective approach of realizing complex business reports. Wish you all the best !!!!
