Dynamic Analytics Designs focuses on the gaps clients face when dealing with their vendors’ Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. From advising clients on process changes to data restructuring and developing highly visual dashboards, Dynamic Analytics Designs places the needs of the client first and measures success solely on customer satisfaction.

Your data. In two words, that is both our focus and our core strength. At some point in every business' journey, whether through implementation of new applications or acquisitions of new organizations, a schism occurs in how your data is used. For us to live up to our name, we have to care as much about the way your data is coming in as going out.

Analyze and Clean your Data

Nobody likes spring cleaning. In fact, most spring cleaning tends to take place between fall and winter because there are so many other things to do in the spring and summer. Pushing that pile of boxes over to the side of your garage so your car can just barely fit is just going to have to be your new normal. When this happens with your data, you may find that workarounds are easier than dealing with the growing pile of issues, but eventually, just as your car won't fit in the garage, your data will not fit your analyses. We take a holistic look at how your data is being defined, input and stored to help clean and optimize your data flow.

 

Design Dynamic and Impactful Visualizations
It's in our name. When it comes to visualizing your data, we feel like every dashboard is our Mona Lisa. We also understand that the audience for each data representation is different. Your CHRO needs their data at a different level than your HR Analyst, but that doesn't mean their end goals are not the same. Our dashboards take all that into consideration and through a series of candid conversations with the end-users, provide something that will give you quick and accurate answers to questions, and further analysis into questions you didn't know you were going to ask.
Inform and Educate
Our aim is to leave your business better off than when we arrived. There is no secret sauce since no two organizations are the same, so instead we aim to educate your individual contributors as we perform our services so they can have the confidence and self-reliance they need to create new materials on their own.
